The Skin Care Studio Etiquette

Appointments

The intent is to offer mutual respect for all. It is understood that things in life happen, however, time is reserved exclusively for you. It is asked that you be mindful of the following:

  • In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 48- hour notice is needed to avoid a cancellation fee
  • Day of Cancels, Reschedules, No Shows will be charged 100% for missed services
  • Multiple Day of Cancel/Reschedule Appointments - Cancel one and keep other (i.e. Facial and Lash Fill) – Payment for ALL scheduled appointments is expected
  • Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment
  • Arrival time – Treatment are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. we kindly request that you arrive on time. We would also encourage you to arrive a few minutes ahead of your appointment.
  • Appointments booked within 48 hours of service cannot be cancelled and must be paid in full  
  • Your credit card will be kept on file to schedule appointments
  • I will do my best to offer times and days that accommodate your schedule but ask for your flexibility in scheduling
  • As a courtesy, confirmation email and/or texts are sent to all clients 48 hours prior to your appointment. If for some reason you are not receiving these and would like to, please email jacqueline@jacquelinejase.com and your information will be added
  • Due to the nature of a professional skin care environment, it is requested that children not be brought along to your appointment
  • Tips are optional but always appreciated

 

Product Returns/Exchanges

Although I do stand behind all of my products, product returns must follow these guidelines below:

  • Return/Exchange must be within 30 days from date of purchase in system
  • Product must be present for return/exchange
  • If there is an adverse reaction, please contact jacqueline@jacquelinejase.com immediately
